Hope they bought an extended warranty, because from what a few people have told me this thing has like 180,000 miles on it and the dealership it came from is less than reputable.

Doesn’t someone here own one and fixed a ton of problems?
That thing looks like a nightmare of deferred maintenance.

You'd be better off with three allroads.

Haven’t heard of it but I don’t spend nearly as much time on Oppo these days. But yeah, as cool as these are, I’d run.

D ealers need a special lift to work on these because you have to remove the entire drive train to do most engine work and it weights a billion pounds because 5.0 V10 twin turbo.

Why buy one and deal with the maintenance nightmares when you can wait for the V12 Q7 to be 25 years old?

Ive heard absolute horrible things about these engines, driveline and interior items. If you find one “in good shape” for $15k, plan on spending at least $10 k in the next 2 years or so to keep it in perfect order

I doubt anyone is offering an extended warranty on a 13-year old V-10 diesel truck with 180k on the clock.
But since it’s gone that far, one could surmise that it’s a lot more reliable than everyone thinks it is. Could be a kick-ass tow vehicle f or $7500.

You mean because when it breaks down it will need to be dragged through the snow like a sled, with dogs or reindeer?

So $25k to start if you’re reeeeeally into V10 TDIs. I guess it’s not terrible for the few fans that exist.
